Guest Chef 2014

Guest Chef Series 2014 -  April 4th and 5th  Chef Sarah Simmons City Grit  

During the Guest Chef Series weekend, each chef will present a special menu that blends their signature styles with the rich bounty of fresh local ingredients found on this West Indian island, a cook’s paradise thanks to the volcanic-rich soil and abundance of fresh seafood. The three-course dinner menu is $150 per person, per dinner, including wine. On Friday night, guests will have a choice of two dinner menus, one presented by the guest chef and the other by Chef Jones at Cliff at Cap. Saturday dinner will be collaborative menu between Chef Jones and Chef Simmons, with wine pairings.

Since opening CITY GRIT in September 2011, Chef Sarah Simmons has become an industry tastemaker and frequent source for recognizing new culinary talent. She has hosted and cooked alongside both award-winning and emerging chefs including Sean Brock, April Bloomfield, Marc Vetri, Paul Qui, Cathy Whims, Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo, Mike Solomonov, Gerard Kraft and Jason Vincent, among others.
