The Cliff at Cap is one of the hottest tables in the region with a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence imitating the island’s colourful rich history
Executive Chef Craig Jones, classically French trained but St. Lucian inspired (and a long-time island resident), creates innovative, contemporary food within a perfect Caribbean setting and emphasizing local, fresh ingredients. Signature dishes include Ceviche of Reef Conch and Ahi Tuna with an mango balsamic jus; Kurobuta pork belly with Razor Clams & squid served with a coconut foam; Linguini of local Pleurotus, caramelized plantains & soya beans.
With unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, the Cliff at Cap gives you the best seat for unforgettable sunsets.

Lunch: 12:30pm to 3:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm to 10:00pm (last orders)
DRESS CODE: For Dinner the dress code is Casual Formal – No t-shirts allowed all shirts must have collars for men, Shorts allowed but not recommended, Open shoes are allowed, Flip flops are not recommended, No swim wear allowed for Dinner.
