The Cliff at Cap is the top dining destination in St Lucia, with a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence. Executive Chef Craig Jones creates innovative, contemporary food within a classic Caribbean setting. Signature dishes include Ceviche of Reef Conch and Ahi Tuna with an mango balsamic jus; Kurobuta pork belly with Razor Clams & squid served with a coconut foam; Linguini of local Pleurotus, caramelized plantains & soya beans.

With unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, the Cliff at Cap gives you the perfect seat for unforgettable sunsets.

For dinner our a la carte menu is served five nights a week, on Saturdays we present the ‘Trio’ menu with optional wine paring and each Tuesday, we create an Island atmosphere with a Creole inspired feast with optional rum tasting.

Enjoy dinner with the Cap Maison award winning selection of wines or treat yourself to one of our ‘Island Fresh’ cocktails which changes with the seasons, using the freshest local ingredients creating a delectable fusion of flavors.

DRESS CODE

For breakfast and lunch casual attire is acceptable, for dinner we ask gentleman to wear full length trousers and a collared shirt. For Ladies and Gentleman we do not allow casual sandals such as flip flops.


THE EXECUTIVE CHEFCRAIG JONESUK born Chef Jones has throughout his career worked at an enviable number fine dining restaurants around the world. With a total of 13 Michelin-stars between them including Longueville Manor, Gravetye Manor, Inverlochy Castle, Charlton House and the famed Michelin-two star restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, under the legendary Chef Raymond Blanc. At 24 Jones became head chef of a Michelin one star hotel and at 25 was awarded a Michelin Red M & 3*/5 good food guild in the UK.

Jones has recently earned the distinction of Caribbean Hotel Chef of the Year from the Caribbean Journal.
