At last and after months of extensive tasting, testing, weighing, photographing and designing, we are so proud to announce the publication of our Cook Book-lovingly entitled Recipes from Saint Lucia.
This is a work of art by Chef Craig Jones and with editorial support from Ross, Matthew and Jasper, it has come to fruition.
All the superb photography was by local photographer, Danielle Devaux and you can order a copy online.
