New for April 2015-The Food Truck

The Naked Fisherman goes on the road this Spring with a new idea of the Naked Fisherman Food Truck. On selected dates ( which we'll announce to our exclusive mailing list)  the truck, laden with chefs and goodies will make a truck stop at a different location each time. Then our customers can meet, make merry and choose from the "take away " menu or eat right there. We'll always make sure we park near a 'watering hole' so everyone can get easy access to an accompanying beverage.

The Cliff at Cap "Pop -up Restaurants"

Every winter season chef Craig and his team may popup at unexpected locations in Rodney Bay and surroundings. These acclaimed gastronomic “off the beaten track” dining experiences are announced every month by Ross. The concept is simple: good food, great company and delicious wines in an unexpected setting. Previous Venues also include New York City and in the fall of 2015, Craig and his team will be popping up in Brighton, Sussex, UK.

Guest Chefs

In extension to our gastronomic farm to table program we host several international acclaimed guest chefs over the winter season. Great collaboration menus are created where local produce are highlighted in their cooking but we start the event off with a “du Jour vs du Jour”. Market Tours and Cooking Classes

Opened in 1894 and still occupying the original orange-roofed building, this market in St Lucia’s capital is the island’s largest and loudest. According to National Geographic, the Castries market has been named number 3 as one of the top 10 food markets in the world.   Stock up on island spices (star anise, mace, cinnamon); breadfruit, bananas, and other tropical fruits accompanied by our Cap Maison chef. Learn how Chefs get the best produce and some of the tricks of the trade!

After you have left the market and head back to Cap Maison, it’s time to indulge in your purchases and cook up a storm! Back in the Cliff kitchen, our team will show you how to turn your purchases into a gastronomic delight.
