At Cap Maison we love good food & wine. Our Chef - Craig Jones (the Dreadlocked Welshman), a former protégé of Marco Pierre White has combined a considerable knowledge of cuisine with fresh organic produce and Saint Lucia’s fertile lands and abundant waters.
We have two restaurants, that are completely different. The “Cliff at Cap” with arguably the finest dining in Saint Lucia and the “Naked Fisherman”, our beach bar and grill. A more casual approach but the same passion for fresh, well cooked food and especially fish and seafood.

Essentially, our services at Cap Maison are offered on an a la carte basis, leaving our guests the freedom to come and go as they wish, however, because some guest request an inclusive approach we’ve developed “Cap it All” - our “Very Inclusive” option.
